- Pool hours: 11am to 7pm.
- The reservation will be kept until 12:30 p.m. In case of delay, please contact us or your reservation will be considered “No Show” and will be considered canceled after that time.
- For changes to your reservation, contact reception prior to your arrival to reconfirm availability. (+34 871.038.018 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
- To ensure placement in the same set of sunbeds, we ask groups with different reservations/payments to indicate this to us in comments or by contacting our reception (+34 871038018 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.) well in advance.
- Access to the pool is exclusive for sunbed users
- The pool area and sunbeds are only for adults (over 15 years old).
- All our sunbeds are pre-assigned and no specific sunbeds are committed.
- For sanitary reasons, pets are not allowed in the sunbeds or the pool.
- Mhares Sea Club is a food and beverage outlet and does not accept food or beverages from outside the premises.
- Invoices cannot be issued without a receipt for all purchases.

- Returns and refunds are not accepted.
- In case of RAIN at Mhares Sea Club on the day of the reservation, you can change your reservation for another date (subject to availability) or cancel it by calling +34 871 038 018.
